This pizza is full of flavor and convenience. BBQ Pulled pork is the main attraction, here. It's covered with a blanket of caramelized onions and mozzarella cheeses.

COOK TIME: 20 Minutes
Ingredients

1 Pizza crust
2 Jumbo Onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Package Pulled Pork with BBQ Sauce
16 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
4 oz. Fresh Mozzarella Cheese

Directions
Step 1  Prep the Dough:
If you need to thaw or let rise, give yourself enough time. You can caramelize the onions ahead of time or while you're waiting for the dough. Once the dough is prepped, place on greased baking sheet or pizza stone and spread it out in a nice, thin circle (about 12 inches).
 
Step 2  Caramelize the Onions:
Place sliced onions in large skillet and drizzle with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil. Turn heat to a medium, medium-low setting and let onions cook until they are brown and have become about 1/3 the volume that they were when you put them in the pan. Process will take 20-30 minutes.
 
Step 3  Make the Brisket:
While the onions are caramelizing, prepare the brisket by following the instructions on the package.
 
Step 4  Assemble:
Spread the BBQ sauce on the dough.
Spread the brisket on top of sauce. You will likely use 3/4 of package or more.
Spread the onions over the brisket.
Cover liberally with shredded mozzarella cheese. Then add some dots of fresh mozzarella over the top.
 
Step 5  Bake:
Bake pizza at recommended time and temperature for the crust you've chosen. Remember oven temperatures vary and for crisp crusts, go with a slightly higher temperature.
 
Step 6  Serve:
Remove from oven and add additional barbeque sauce to the top of the pizza, if desired. Cut into slices and enjoy!
